Vanishing Money
posted by Calvin - April 30 2009 02:23:49 AM
A man spent all the money in his pockets in a pub and so decided to withdraw more. He withdrew $150 from a nearby bank and placed it in his pocket. He then went back to the pub and spent $10. The next day, his wife wanted to borrow $100 from him. The man agreed but when he felt his pocket, there was only $60 left. The money was not stolen and he did not spend anything. How could this have happened?

He was drunk, maybe he left the bartender an $80 tip.
