There is a stable that fits 4 horses, it is made of 12 walls. Here is what it looks like

l l l (the l's are supposed to be straight lines)
- - (also pretend that they are connected)

Using the same ammount of walls make a stable that fits 6 horses with no horse sharing a room

Make a regular hexagon, and connect the edges to the centre. Voila! :D
