IT TAKES 21 DAYS FOR A CHICKEN'S EGG TO HATCH.

This is just a guess. I'm guessing the chicken went to the butcher or something. As I know you are from the Phillipines, i would guess the eggs would be used to make the delicacy (forgive my spelling, i've only heard the word before, never seen it written) velot, the mature embryo in an egg shell. Am i at least close?
