Hard Arrangement Riddle

There was a woman suffering from Short-Term-Memory-Loss who was suspecting her servant of stealing things from her house. She brought 28 bottles of wine and arranged them on sides of square box in such a way that on each side no. of bottles are 9 and she wrote 9 in her diary. Afterwards the servant(cunning kid) stole 4 bottles and arranged them in such a way that still on each side total no. of bottles are 9. And again after some days he stole 4 bottles and arranged such that no. of bottles on side is still 9.
How he did that?

Firstly, how did she arrange 28 bottles in that way? The minimum bottles you'd need to have an arrangement like that is 36 (with no common bottle) and 32 (With each side sharing the corner bottle). Please help with just the question, I'll try figure the answer out after that...

first keep 2 bottles in each corner(one above another).then take 4 away.this time keep 3 bottles each corner.then,keep 4 bottles each corner and problem solved.

You are indirectly asking the amswer. How she arranged 28 bottles is part of question.
Hint: Bottles at corner are common for 2 sides.

Even if they are common for two sides. Try drawing it out. 9+9+7+7 = 32. Otherwise, Ragib's solution is right.

oh!caprico couldn't find this out!that's human.but 0! answer was awesome.i couldn't figure that out.but according to the definition of factorial,i totally disagree that 0! is 1.

Here is the solution:
Woman arrangment: 2 5 2 each side
Servant arrangment: 3 3 3 each side
Servant arr. II : 4 1 4
I think now you wont confuse

@Ragib, Thank you very much... :D And We think alike! I asked the same doubt to my professor, and he's a very very intelligent man, solves the most complex of problems in seconds in his mind. He says that 0!=1 is not for us to contemplate, it is defined that way. :P
