Two moms and two daughters go to the mall and each of them buy a pair of shoes. But theres only three pairs of shoes only. How is that possible?

2 moms & 2 daughters= 1 grandmother, her daughter, and her daughter. (Daughter number 1 is daughter number 2's mother)
