It could also be solved:
(cos(0)+cos(0)+cos(0)+cos(0))!=24
or
00:00 = 24 in military time.
(cos(0)+cos(0)+cos(0)+cos(0))!=24
or
00:00 = 24 in military time.

Also:
((e^0)+(e^0)+(e^0)+(e^0))!=24
((e^0)+(e^0)+(e^0)+(e^0))!=24

The first post is right, but I don't think you're allowed to use "e", as its not really a function... Its a proper number... Like pi...
