an easy yet tough riddle

suppose u r coming to my house.on the way there is a part from where the road gets divided into two parts,one comes to my house and the another to a pond.at the road junction there is a shop where the shopkeepers are two identical brothers,one who never tells truth and the another who always tells u the truth.u will be given one chance to ask them a question.what will u ask so that both of them show u the way to my house.one brother dont know that the other doesn't tell the truth.......

ask the question : "what will your brother reply if I ask him the correct way ? " and then take the other path .

ask what will your brother say if i ask what is the right way, they'll both point the same way so you take the opposite way
