Once, there was 7 kids. And there was 6 potatoes. The mother gave the childrens equally. With no fraction, how is this possible?

The mother gave 6 potatoes to 6 children.. One kid did not get a potato. Is it right?
Or, please give me some other clue.

Mother is name of seventh kid or they are playing 'Mommy-Mommy' game so,
seventh kid gave 6 appy to rest 6 kidz
